How to do a Digital Spring Clean

Hemfrid is Sweden's largest supplier of household services - cleaning, childcare, removals and more, all bundled into one. But it needed a bit of a digital spring clean.

The Business Problem

To stay competitive and attract more customers and employees, Hemfrid needed to tidy up its digital presence. That meant looking at how life could be simpler and smoother for their customers and staff.

The Solution

Hemfrid knows people are their greatest assets. So it was time to find everyone’s little pain points and make them better. We headed out into the field and asked people - lots of people - what would make their lives with Hemfrid a little more sparkly.

That led us to transform how thousands of co-workers manage their schedules, receive instructions and communicate with their clients and managers. This allowed for automating processes that saved the company time and money, while also improving the service for everyone.

For customers, we invented new ways they could take care of their home on mobile - from getting services like childcare, moving assistance and recycling at the touch of screen, as well as communicating more easily with Hemfrid's staff.
