Bio:

Karen Martin is lauded as one of the most energetic and progressive industry leaders of her generation. After becoming CEO of BBH in 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic, she led the agency to step up as a strong supportive partner to clients, communities and its people. Karen was named Campaign’s Agency Leader of the Year 2023.

Before BBH, Karen spent 14 years in Australia’s ad industry. She was Managing Director of Host Sydney where she ran the agency’s largest account, Bankwest, and won and ran Pizza Hut and Lion Beverages. Prior to Host, Karen worked at BMF (B&T’s Australian Agency of the Decade) as a key member of its Account Management team. In her time over there, she developed some of the most awarded work in the category.

She champions the mental health, wellbeing, growth and professional development of the team at BBH, alongside delivering market-leading effectiveness for clients. Karen’s stellar stewardship through the toughest of market conditions resulted in BBH winning the Marketing Week Masters Agency of the Year and IPA Effectiveness Company of the Year in 2023.

Bio:

Alex started his career at BBH where he worked for 14 years creating award-winning work for Levi's, Axe, Audi & Barnardo's to name a few.

In 2022 he returned to his alma mater as Global & London Chief Creative Officer. Prior to that he was CCO at AMV BBDO where for 3 consecutive years he was ranked the No.1 CCO in the UK by WARC. He's also been ranked the No.1 Creative Director in the world at Cannes Lions. Under his leadership AMV won ten Cannes Grand Prixs (including Titanium & Glass), three D&AD Black Pencils and in 2021 achieved an industry first by winning 'The Treble': Global Agency of the Year at Cannes, D&AD and the One Show. In addition, AMV won over 30 Agency of the Year awards at regional and international shows.

In his spare time he likes to don lycra and cycle up mountains at an embarrassingly slow pace.

Bio:

Will has been BBH’s Chief Strategy Officers since 2020 after being Head of Strategy from 2015. During that time BBH became the IPA's Effectiveness Agency of The Year 2018-2022 and WARC’s Most Effective Agency in the UK and Europe 2022.

The strategies he’s led on Audi, helped create over £2bn of incremental revenue and returned the brand to no.1 on desire and technology perceptions. This won advertising’s most prestigious IPA Grand Prix award in 2018 and Cannes Effectiveness prize in 2019 and IPA Gold for Long-Term Thinking in 2020. Will also heads up BBH’s Brand Experience team.

Before BBH, Will worked at Anomaly and Digital Agency of the Decade, Dare, and studied Experimental Psychology at Bristol.

Bio:

Stephen Ledger-Lomas joined BBH in 2018 having held previous production leadership roles at Mother London, David James Associates, Winkreative, Art+Commerce and Dazed / Nowness. Stephen leads the agency’s multi-skilled production offering.

He is focused on maintaining BBH's excellence in production craft, improving BBH’s ability to deliver against multi-channel briefs, broadening the diversity of production talent, and further developing and expanding Black Sheep Studios: BBH's in-house production company.

Bio:

Felipe has worked in the industry for the last twelve and a half years. The majority of the time at BBH, but did a year and a half at RGA as an associate creative director on Beats by Dre, Google and Nike. Along the way he has produced award-winning work for clients such as Absolut, AXE, Weetabix, Adidas and Virgin Media. His awards include four Cannes Lions, five D&AD pencils, as well as Golds and Silvers at The British Arrows, Creative Circle and Campaign Big. Alongside his advertising career Felipe is also a creative director for London fashion brand clothsurgeon. He has worked with designer Rav Matharu for the last three years designing, art directing, and styling the last six collections.
